Q: How do Miss Mellow products differ from other skincare brands?
A: We believe that science and nature can coexist. So, we create skincare products that are natural, kind to skin, and also packed full of scientific ingredients. All of products would blend only the careful selected, high quality, mild ingredients with the perfect ratio in order to make products for all skin types, including people who are susceptible to skin allergies. 

Q: What skin types are Miss Mellow products suitable for?
A: Our products work well with all skin types whether mature or young, oily or dry. Additionally, our products are also free of irritants such as alcohol, synthetic fragrances or colors, silicones, parabens, and mineral oils, making it ideal for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Q: What is the shelf life oh Miss Mellow products?
A: All of our products have a 2-year shelf life from production and a 12-month shelf life once the product is opened.

Q: What temperature should Miss Mellow products be stored?
A: Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight.

Q: Where can I order a product?
A: You can place an order through our website, Facebook Message and Line@. However, please note that you can use membership exclusive offers only on website. Facebook and Line@ would not be included in the membership program.

Q: Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?
A: To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on volume.

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
A: Sorry. Only one promo code is permitted per order.

Q: Where does Miss Mellow ship to?
A: We do ship worldwide. We offer free expedited shipping on all orders in Thailand. For international destinations, the total cost of shipping orders to customers in international locations will vary by region, weight, and the quantity you would like to purchase. So please contact us through email, Facebook Message or Line@ to place an order.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders after 1pm will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: You should receive your order within the delivery time frame
