SHIPPING & RETURNS

  •  Free expedited shipping is available for every order in Thailand only.

  • We also offer worldwide delivery! For international shipments, please order via Facebook or Line@ only.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

  • Orders are processed from Monday-Fridays only.

  • Orders after 1pm are processed the following business day.

  • Orders made before 1pm will be handed to the courier by 3pm. Once it’s with the courier, you will receive an update with your tracking number via email or Facebook Message or Line.

  • Upon turn over to the courier, your order can be expected within

    • 1-2 business days for Bangkok Metropolitan Region, up to 5 days including weekends and holidays

    • 1-2 business days for other provincial areas, up to 7 days including weekends and holidays

  • For shipments outside Thailand, once confirmed, the item will be processed and shipped within 2-25 business days depending on shipping method you choose.

          ***do expect delays in event of heavy rains, flooding, etc.

ORDER CHANGES
To cancel or modify an order, please email us with the subject “Cancel My order” or “Change My Order”, or contact us via Facebook Message or Line@. Order corrections must be made within 1 hour from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURN POLICY
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact customer service via email or Facebook Message or Line for further investigation and recovery process. Please noted that we accept exchanges only.

REFUND POLICY
