A4: When Niacinamide is combined with acidic (low pH) products, it can form Niotinic Acid or Niacin which can cause facial flushing. But the form of Vitamin C we use is Ascorbyl Glucoside, which has a high pH. So, the mix of our Vitamin C and Niacinamide is perfectly safe and even much beneficial to skin.
